General Music- different curriculums in 7th and 8th. - Chorus- different curriculums in 7th and 8th - Additional offerings for students are based on performance tryouts and teacher recommendations; Vocal Ensemble, Band, Wind Ensemble, and Strings.

  15. Health and PE The following offerings are available for students to request in 7th and 8th grade. Physical Education- curriculum varies based on grade - level; 7th and 8th Health Education- curriculum varies based on grade - level; 7th and 8th First Aid-CPR/Athletic Training- only offered in 8th - grade. Technology Education Students at LMS are able to select varied courses in Technology Education. 7th grade 8th grade Science of Technology Design and Modeling Energy and the Environment Automation and Robotics Upcoming 8th grade students have the opportunity to apply for our Future Cities Competition Based Course. This course is 1.0 credits.

T eacher Recommended Courses/ Academic Intervention Courses ● A teacher recommended course is one in which the current subject area teacher/academic advisor/ building administrator(s) recommends a student to take based on performance data (classroom or standardized). ● An academic intervention course is designed to help students build fluency in a set of academic skills, and assist students to apply newly learned strategies in a specific general education course. .
