Following up on objective 1.2 of Vanier’s 2015-2020 Strategic Plan, Support excellence and innovation in all aspects of teaching and learning , the Academic Dean’s Office offers development and support opportunities for teachers, departments and programs. This support comes in the form of release time (and/or an operational budget) for teachers with a daytime load who want to engage in Research, Pedagogical Innovation or Student Success projects.

For past and/or repeat DSO recipients to offer advice to current and aspiring DSO holders, based on their experiences.
