THIS WEEK’S TASKS & WORKSHOPS
THIS WEEK’S SUGGESTED TASKS Get together with a colleague, identify a challenge/opportunity within your team and choose one of the workshops from the workshop library to address it. Plan how to facilitate the workshop, who will do what and adapt it to suit your team. After running the workshop reflect together on how it went and what you learnt about designing and facilitating workshops. Discuss with your team the way you work together. Explore what process you follow when you come together to work on something and if that process if clearly defined. Identify opportunities to make your process more clear, or to enhance/prototype parts of it that could be improved. Put a plan together of how and when to start this.
