• R 3272 Series high performance in-line conveyor cleaner for continuous cleaning of parts and used for higher throughout. • Packaged in Two and multi - stage process with single parts or parts in batches. • The working principle is based on a linear movement of parts through the process, parts are conveyed through the different stages of the process at controlled and changeable speed. Parts can be moved in continuous or indexed for precision cleaning of holes and recesses. • Conveyors can be designed in many ways with steel belt, chain and roller type to carry parts or baskets and with necessary parts holding fixtures.

BIN CLEANING MACHINE (R 5272 - SERIES) SUITABLE FOR ALL TYPE OF BINS CLEANING

R 5272 series type cleaning machine are multi - stage, single chamber design built for automatic washing rinsing with water based cleaning • These washers can also be customized for surface treatments prior to painting process. • Suitable for medium sized to large size parts, machined bodies and batch type production . • R5272 series (single stage ) also available in inside rotary cage ,rotary basket & sliding basket (operate with the help of cylinder ) models .

SCREW OR REVOLVING DRUM TYPE CLEANING MACHINES( R 7282 SERIES )

This is a single, multi - stage cleaner with a drum rotating arrangement, washing chambers, liquid tanks (Degreasing& Rinsing), component rotation drum /screw arrangement, Hooper for easy load / unload, washing pumps (Spray), heating system, liquid filtration system and PlC based control panel This is suitable for small parts and for higher productivity with part immersion and spray combination for effective cleaning of parts. The parts to be cleaned are sprayed with a high flow via the spray bars continuously , which rotate either through spray pressure or a mechanical drive. The spray bars are mounted with flat pattern nozzles, which provide efficient cleaning results. The machines are fully insulated with stainless steel panels, and therefore the wash water can be heated up to 85°C. Normal working temperature is from 60-75°C

ULTRASONIC DUNKING MACHINE

Ultrasonic cleaning uses sound waves to create million of small bubble in a tank of solution. The parts to be cleaned are submerged in the solution & the bubble are formed & “expolde”they remove any dirt, grease, Carbon etc. this method also work very well Suitable for pre - cleaning of complex shape components, surface treatments like de-greasing, de-rusting, phosphating, passivation, rinsing, rust preventive. application and more. GRAVITY BAND FILTER & OIL COALECERS Oil Coalescers : Oil Coalescers help to separate oil droplets by gravity which is in suspension in the wash tank bath. It withdraws water and oil, separates them and returns the oil-free water, while the oil is collected in a separate container.

MOBILE FILTRATION UNITS Oil skimmers : Oil skimmer is a device which helps remove surface oil. Skimmer is mounted in the selection location. An oil is absorbed by the teflon tape and is removed for example from bath to another external container (spillomatic). The illustration shows the way the surface oil. Skimmer is the cheapest and most effective method to remove surface oil. It is a simple devices that works may years with minimal maintenance costs Bag Type Filters : If coarse dirt is to be collected, a mesh type bag is used. For low flows and fine filtration requirements polyester felt bags are proposed. These are provided in simplex or duplex type housings with disposable filter bags.
