  4. What do we do? Encouraging Student Leadership When students connect and build relationships in school they become more successful. Our goal is for students to have a voice , want to come to school, build peer relationships and strong character, and learn to be connected leaders in our community.

RSMS Leaders of the Pack Yearly Calendar Funding ● Students are organized in committees -Grants (school foundation) -Monthly sign up sheet -Student Store (special events/lunch) -Help others when you are finished -Concessions (sporting events) ● Plan and Join Alongside PBIS -Dances (Share profits with PBIS) ○ Quarterly Rewards Days *teachers volunteer to help supervise ○ Fall Festival - Student Reward List -Special Fundraisers (ChatterHigh, ● No Officers or Heirarchy like STUCO Made by Milk, Match-o-Matics) LEADERS ● Monthly Committees work BEST -Develops leadership in ALL students OF THE -Gets a fresh look each month PACK
