Our model • General Practice identify new patient registration as coming from an area of high risk of LTBI. • Patient informed and made aware contact will be made for a blood test. • Referral added to SystmOne template and sent to New Arrivals Team (Bradford District Care Foundation Trust). • Patient contacted and invited for IGRA blood test. • Flag 4 data used as a safety net until GPs referring confidently.

Student Screening • Student referrals from Flag 4 data based on address and registered GP • Liaise with International Student Advisor at the university • Uni let us know if anyone left/graduated/didn’t enrol etc • Invited to Wednesday clinic at Bradford Student Health Service • Any problems with attending, student will be accommodated ie. Can attend Horton Park or Bevan House
