Lady Viking Soccer Parent Club Informational Meeting
Welcome to the Lady Viking Soccer Program! Parent Dues • Parents are asked to pay $40.00 per player to help support Lady Viking Soccer Parent Club Expenses: • End of Season Banquet Night • Senior Night and Senior Collages • Concession Stand • Soccer Clinic • Small Soccer Balls thrown at home games • Meals and/or Post-Season costs • Please make checks payable to: LVSPC • Put your daughter’s first and last name in the “memo” section **Parent dues and spirit wear orders may be combined into one section **indicate on check and order form if combining.
Ticket Prices • $7.00 for adults • $5.00 for youth (SMW Students get in for free with their ID at Home Games ) • Booster Club passes available on the SMW Website • 2 passes for $80 (helps keep the money here at West) • Tickets purchased at the gate are split with the visiting team (Including all SMSD schools) • https://smwboosterclub.shutterfly.com/forms

Volunteering • Parents are asked to donate their time working in the concession stand and volunteering on a committee • All Varsity and JV parents must sign up for at least ONE concession stand time slot • Varsity parents sign up to help during the JV game and vice versa • Parent volunteers are needed for team sponsored dinners and away game treat bags • Go to www.signupgenius.com • Click “Find a Sign Up”, then go to “Search by Creator’s Email”, type in cflorez2@kc.rr.com and insert the numbers/letters password
Treat Bags Example of a treat bag: • Large Ziplock Bag • Water Bottle/Gatorade • Popcorn/Chips • String Cheese • Fruit and/or Fruit Snacks • Homemade goodies!!!! Plan for 25 bags (players, coaches, managers, and bus driver) ***subject to change
