AIRCRAFT SPECIFICATIONS • Serial Number 4932 • Lockheed Martin Operational Usage Evaluation Completed In November 2015 • 10303.8 Actual Flight Hours = 5,151.9 Equivalent Baseline Hours (EBH) 2,129 Cycles • SMP 515 “C” Check Completed In Canada At Cascade Aerospace (North America’s Only Lockheed Martin Authorized C-130 Service Center) • No Major Inspections Required For 2,400 FH • All Rotable Components Are Zero Time TSO (Time Since Overhaul) Or Time Since New (TSN)

  3. AIRCRAFT SPECIFICATIONS • Aircraft Has Been Completely Overhauled • No Major Inspections Required For 2,400 FH • Aircraft Can Be Configured To Meet Customer Requirements • All C-130H Conversions Were Completed Using Lockheed Martin Baseline C-130H Drawings

  4. OPERATIONAL USAGE EVALUATION (OUE) • A Lockheed Martin OUE Was Completed In November 2015 In Accordance With Service Bulletin 82-788. • The OUE Found That This Aircraft Was Operated With A Severity Factor Of 0.5 • Therefore This Aircraft Has An EBH Of 5,151.9 Hours.

  9. SMP 515C-SC “C” CHECK • A Lockheed Martin 515C “C” Check Has Been Completed. • All Relevant Structural Inspection (ST) And Special Inspection (SP) Inspection Cards Have Been Completed.

SMP 515C-SC “C” CHECK (cont) • The Aircraft Is Currently Being Maintained In A Non-aging Condition. “Time Between Overhaul (TBO) is given in cycles, flight hours or calendar time from time of installation on in-service aircraft or date an aircraft enters initial service, unless otherwise noted. Where cycles/flight hours or calendar time are given, the first reached by the operator is recommended.”

  11. SERVICE BULLETINS • The Following Slide Is A Complete List Of All Service Bulletins Relevant To This Aircraft. • Several Of These Bulletins Have Not Been Completed Due To The Fact The Affected System/ Component Is Not Installed Or The Required Flight Hours Have Not Been Met. • All The Highlighted Bulletins Have Been Completed.
