Our Students ○ Average cost of step is now about 2%, most districts are higher. ● Increasing employee contributions to health insurance. ● Bedford used to be ranked in the top 5 in pay scale, we have since dropped to a ranking of 33 in Putnam, Rockland and Westchester Counties. ● Only incremental changes are allowed to contracts by law.
