  21. How Can Parents Help Your Senior? *Deadlines will approach quickly, monitor the Jordan website for senior events. Check with colleges about deadlines for admissions, financial aid, etc. *Remind your student that senior grades matter. Remain in contact with the counselor, teachers, and monitor powerschool when it becomes available. *Students need to begin to advocate for themselves in this process. Students needs to remind their teachers and counselor to submit materials. Self-advocacy will be key after high school!
