Dates Easter Holidays 2020 - Monday 6 th to Friday 17 th April in 2020 We would plan to be back a few days before we are back in school.

Timeline If you would like your child to participate in this educational visit, please place in an envelope marked ‘Japan 2020’ the following documents and return them via the trips post box, marked for the attention of Miss Bailey. 1) A completed Parental Consent Form 2) A photocopy of your child’s passport These documents MUST be returned by Thursday 4 October; forms received after this date will not be included. In the event of the trip being oversubscribed, names will be drawn from a hat.
Timeline You will be notified as to whether your child has secured a place on Monday 8 October. Please note that the non-refundable deposit of £200 will be due by Friday 26 October. Once the deposit is received, your child’s place will then be booked. If, at any time, you wish to withdraw your child from the trip, you are required to notify us in writing. We will acknowledge your cancellation within 7 working days of receipt of your
School Expectations Inclusion on this educational visit is dependent upon acceptable attendance and exemplary behaviour from now until departure. The school reserves the right not to take any student whose attendance is not acceptable or whose behaviour indicates that they would not be a good ambassador for the school. Please be aware that there may be financial implications if your child is withdrawn from the trip under these circumstances.
