Efficiency • Extreamly higher rate compared to ETM • 300k for collision • In perspective of CDCTRG • # of ETF output in signal region / total # of events • In perspective of GDL(maybe?) • # of ETF output in signal region / # of events in signal region • Which one should we use?
Continuum bkg come from higher rate and time window of ETF
Resolution • Until now all resolution plots were comparison with ETM • Now cdc tracking evt T0 is available • Need validation of cdc wire hit timestamp and trg wire hit timestamp are always same(someone did?) • Using exp3,4 data • Is GDL unpacker usable for this purpose? • Using exp5,6 data • ETF unpacked data available
Noise and crosstalk • Currently masking whole SL is only option available • Can be adjusted through VME • No effective algorithm for now to reduce bkg. • For solving crosstalk • shutdown TS hit info when multiple TS hits in same clock & SL appear?
Questions & conclusion • Main purpose of ETF • Y4S or low multiplicity? • Current ETF seems not suitable for low multiplicity • Will prepare resolution plots using offline T0 • Maybe from exp.5? • Need one definition of ETF efficiency
