2012 Virginia General Assembly 7 Proposed Legislation (1) Permits the VEC to provide copies of hearings via encrypted electronic media under certain circumstances in lieu of written transcript. (2) Makes representation of VEC at agency’s tax liability hearings discretionary rather than mandatory.
