Project Summary The EASIMS project will develop innovative training tools for the "IMS Manager" (IMS - Integrated Management System of Quality, Environment and Safety) for manufacturing companies. The project will also develop a Curriculum for the person in charge of the IMS , training contents in process management available online in five languages and a software tool to facilitate the design and implementation of the IMS in the company. https://easims.erasmus.site

Project Aims To develop innovative training tools for the IMS Manager (Manager of the IMS – Integrated Management System) and facilitate the IMS design and implementation . 1. Two new tools aim to improve the usual training approach by delivering a training course in processes management through a modular training path (platform) – and a software to facilitate the practical IMS 2. design and implementation . Outcomes will be useful for SME IMS Managers in any sector (manufacturing). 3. An application case will be developed for furniture SMEs . 4. https://easims.erasmus.site
Project Methodology and Activities 1. Validate furniture SMEs skills and knowledge needs for implementing an IMS 2. Build the IMS structure (outline) containing key processes, procedures , etc. 3. Deliver and validate a new joint curriculum for the IMS Manager 4. Produce the training course materials (5 languages) according to ECVET principles 5. Deliver an e-learning platform with the training material integrated (pills) 6. Develop a software to facilitate the practical IMS implementation 7. Validate the output trough Pilot courses (and disseminate the results)
