  2. Innovation and efficiency for urban spaces. A modern and innovative design.

  3. Value Proposition Competitively positioned with key unique customer benefits. Patented design that provides a efficient optical solution with excellent lumen efficacy. Developed with an array of mounting options that allow the luminaire to adapt to customer requirements. Viable long term solution that can be maintained and upgraded throughout product life.

  4. Target Applications

  5. Product Proposition

  6. Materials Manufactured from die-cast aluminium. Tempered glass Body, cover, modules, brackets and attachments are all manufactured from with high pressure injected, high quality and low copper content EN AC- 44100 aluminium .

  7. Installation/Maintenance Captive tool less screw and hinging housing lid ensures ease and speed of access during installation and maintenance.

  8. Mounting Options 4 Mounting Options The 4 mounting options allow use in different city spaces; parks, squares, streets, avenues, urban centres and secondary roads. 11. Modular Design Outer modules The outer modules utilise between 8 & 32 LED’s to deliver a lumen output of 2000 to 9000. Outer + inner modules For installations that require a larger lumen output. The addition of the modules deliver a lumen range of between 12,000 lm and 15,000 lm.

  14. Thermal Management The CityMax utilises all three heat transfer principles of conduction, convection and radiation to ensure that the LED’s and electronic driver are thermally managed within their limits to maximise system life. The allows us to deliver a life of 100,000 L70B50 at 25 o C tq

  15. Pressure compensation valve ISSUE Adverse or variable environmental conditions may cause pressure changes that produce mechanical stress on seals, allowing the entry of contaminants that can damage electronic components and allow condensation to build up. SOLUTION... The ventilation gland incorporates an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane. The membrane is made up of billions of pores 700 times the size of an air molecule’. These pores allow air to circulate freely inside and outside of the housing, preventing mechanical stress on the seals. At the same time, the membrane pores (20,000 times smaller than a drop of water) act as a barrier, preventing the entry of water, dirt and debris. BENEFIT Ensures the IP integrity of the luminaire is preserved whilst maintaining the life of seals. Eliminates the build up of condensation within the housing that can affect lumen output and efficiency.
