Our injection molding machines have the technical premises to grow into a prestigious European mark thanks to used conception, quality of processing and used top components of significant European producers. Both series fulfil the Safety standards CE of the European Community.

  2. The GRX serie is delivered in following sizes – according to international standards: 60/150, 80/230, 100/300, 140/440, 160/500, 188/720, 230/1100, 280/1400, 20/1400, 400/2400, 500/3300, 650/5300. Machine´s drive. Machine´s drive is ensured by the servosystem Bosch-Rexroth . The exact, quick and smooth movements of all parts of the machine are the facilities of this eqipment. Thanks to this type of the servosystem is the hydraulic circuit of the machine considerably simplified – the sensitive proportional valves are not present here, the noisiness is reduced up to 70% and the energy consumption is reduced up to 50% in comparison with the common concept equipped with a variable pump. This conception extends essentialy the service life of the machines. At the same time are extended also the intervals of the hydraulic-oil- exchanges. The construction of the machine consists of the robust welded frame with the heavy duty double-toggle mechanism with 5-points gripping, which is hinged on the robust cast-iron plattens moving on the precise sliding bedding. The plattens are equipped with the T- cuttings for easy gripping of the moulds. The centring holes of the gripping plattens are dimensioned according to European standards. The heart of the system is made up of modular gateways or nodes, which are designed to on the one hand control the installed I/0 modules through the back-plane, while on the other hand to communicate with the Gefran_Vedo. The modern architecture, based on a 266 Mhz ARM processor, gives excellent performance to the system equipped with GDnet, the specific TCP/IP Ethernet network developed by Gefran.

Modular design of the clamping and injection parts within the whole serie. The ground is the clamping part of the serie GRX, assembled on a new conceptioned frame, which is higher for the requirements of the automatized production. Individual parts of the frame are cold bended and then welded. The whole construction is very rigid, there are no changes of the frame during the intensive production. In the operating space under the injection part is a special black colored steel plate. Its design is improving the design of the whole machine. The space of the engine is wide for easy maintenance, there are better conditions for the removal of the heat and it is the possibility for the instalation of the special motors. The inside of the oil tank is painted with a special and high-resistant paint. The plattens are equipped with the T-cuttings for the easy exchange of the moulds. The ejector opening is huge – for its easier setting and exchange. The construction of the plattens with the UG design according the international standards is comparable to the leading producers in the world. Thanks this construction are the plattens tougher up to 30% in the comparison with the GRX serie. The toggle mechanism is made out of the proof steel, to max. enlarging of the machine life. The whole clamping pard is moving on the precise sliding bedding. The automatic central lubricating system ensures the perfect lubrication of all movable parts.

  5. The hydraulic system is entirely innovated and simplified, that the oil runs through the possible shortest and straightest circuit without the not necessary overheating. The machine´s drive is ensured by the Bosch-Rexroth system, as well as by the GRX serie. The machines till 5000 kN exploit the precise pipes and the fittings without welding. The oil cooler has a compact design. The oil filter with by-pass is the standard equipment of the whole serie. The hydraulic core pullers and air valves are common. The precise configuration of the machine is at customer´s request always. The injection part is completely restructured according to the newest concepts. The new design of the plastisizing screw supports the better homogenisation of the processed material and the precise injection. The used heating strips are the product of the italian producer Zoppas. The control system is identical with the series GRX.
