AFLCMC Roles in LogIT AFLCMC… Providing the Warfighter’s Edge • AFLCMC/OZIP: Center LogIT Portfolio Management – AFLCMC POC for all AFLCMC IT requirements and management – Monitor portfolio for efficiency and effectiveness – Facilitate portfolio objectives-provide requirements to appropriate orgs to execute • AFLCMC/LG & EZ: Logistics & Engineering Community Support – Inform, train, and assist program offices on/with LogIT requirements, activities, processes and priorities • AFLCMC/HI: Business Enterprise Systems program management support – Execute LogIT functional requirements while driving efficiency and effectiveness • AFLCMC/HN: Infrastructure and Network Support – Provide hosting solutions to ensure cyber security, lower sustainment costs, and integrated logistics information • AFLCMC Program Offices: Weapon System Support – Seek LogIT solutions to drive weapon system product support efficiencies 3

Center LogIT Concerns AFLCMC… Providing the Warfighter’s Edge • Funding – Substantial funding is required for transformative change • System modernizations and consolidations • Application / data migrations to cloud environments • Modification of Program Office contracts • Resources – LogIT consolidation and re- hosting cannot be a “part - time” initiative • Full-time resources are required to execute current portfolio objectives with agility • Full-time resources are required for future LogIT portfolio governance • Change Management – The consolidation and re-hosting initiative will substantially impact center workload • Updates to logistics policy, procedures, and training need to be closely attended and frequently communicated • Changes to LogIT system support contracts need to be carefully considered • Impacts to center mission need to be continuously monitored, controlled, and mitigated • LogIT governance restructuring is required to proactively manage the future portfolio 6
