Industry Certification Pass Rates • Barton must have data comparable to other similar national colleges to meet the requirements of Higher Learning Commission Open Pathways Accreditation. • The ENDs reports are important accreditation documents. Effort is made to assure that ENDs reports contain comparative data.

Report Resources Adult Healthcare • Barton is notified of Certified Nurse Aide (CNA ) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA) pass/fail information immediately following the state exam. The Office of Adult Healthcare maintains and tabulates the information for reporting purposes. • There is isn’t any national comparison data because CNA and CMA are state certifications. Dietary Manager • Barton receives exam results from the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals (ANFP). Students must allow ANFP to send the information; therefore, if a student doesn’t approve, Barton does not receive any information on that student. The results are only accessible by the program’s director. • The ANFP site also provides national data. Emergency Medical Services • Pass rates are available via the National Registry of EMT – with approved log-in. • National comparison data is also available via the National Registry of EMT. Medical Lab Technician Pass rates available via the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) website, which is only available with an annual • yearly subscription. National comparison data is also available via this site. • Nursing • Pass rates available via Kansas State Board of Nursing (KSBN). • The National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) website lists national pass rates by degree (BSN, ADN, Foreign trained, etc.).
