CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies CC recognises that equal to our staff our biggest asset is our customers that make use of our services. In recognition of the support we receive from our loyal customers we will launch a rewards program to thank our customers for their ongoing patronage. This program will be launched on 01 January 2012 and will include every single company or individual that purchases goods from us from this date forward. Inclusion into the program is free and we urge everyone to participate by filling in the short registration form that will be available on our website as of December 2011.
A. Overview: The “ CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies Credit Cashback Rewards Program ” is a loyalty program where 1) companies and individuals will be afforded the opportunity to earn loyalty credits on goods purchased over a 12 month period. 2) Credits can be redeemed for goods equal to the value of credits accrued over this period. B. Eligibility: 1) This program is open to all companies or individuals who purchases goods from CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies during the duration of the program. Void where prohibited by law or where credit notes have been issued against such goods. Participation in the program constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Terms & 2) Conditions of the program as reflected in the registration form. C. Duration of the program: 1) The program will commence on 01 January 2012 and run indefinitely.CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies reserves the right to shorten, suspend, modify or cancel the program at its discretion and at any time.
D. Enrolling in the Program 1) Enrollment is free and subject to the acceptance and completion of the Program Registration form that can be obtained from the company’s website: www.cjvcorpsafe.co.za. 2) Once the registration form has been completed and sent to accounts@cjvcorpsafe.co.za or 086 764 3968 for loading on the system a confirmation email will be sent to confirm enrollment. 3) A rewards account will be created for each enrollee and an account number sent via email. 4) Limit: 1 account per company or individual only. In cases where a company has multiple branches that purchases from CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies individually, each branch would have to complete the registration form. E. Earning CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies Credit Cashback Rewards Credits 1) All transactions between CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies & Enrollee from 01 January 2012 will accrue credits and will be calculated and deemed eligible by 30 November 2012 for the first period. 2) Credits will be calculated as a percentage of the total value of transactions less VAT @ 14% from 01 January 2012 until 25 November 2012 between CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies and the Enrollee. 3) Percentage that will be earned: 2.5% (minimum) of the Total Value less VAT @ 14% for turnover between: R100.00 up to R500 000.00 4) Percentage that will be earned: 5% (maximum) of the Total Value less VAT @ 14% for turnover exceeding R500 001.00
F. Redeeming Credits 1) Enrollees may redeem credits for any product/s sold by CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies excluding products that are deemed as “On Promotion” or “On Sale” or “On Special Offer”. CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies will issue enrollees with a “Rewards Voucher” which will indicate the value 2) of credits that can be redeemed for products by 30 November 2012. 3) Vouchers will only be redeemable as from 01 January 2013 as this is the first 12 month period from the launch of the program. 4) Vouchers has to be redeemed within the 12 month validity period as indicated. All vouchers redeemed after the expiration date will be invalid and credits forfeited and no credits may be accumulated to be redeemed for the following year/period. Vouchers may not be redeemed if there is an outstanding balance on the enrollee’s account and can not be 5) used as payment for outstanding monies owed to CJV Corporate & Safety Supplies . 6) The Credit Cashback Rewards Credits have no cash value and may only be redeemed for products via the program. 7) Enrollees must earn credits as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of the program.
