  4. Time to target action on disrepair • 78% of older people living in non-decent homes are owner occupiers (11% SR/11% PRS) • 31% increase in over 75s living in non-decent homes • Main reason home non- decent = falls risk and cold BUT No policy or funding since 2010

  5. Retrofit – Impetus? • Housing - in the news, but any vision? • Carbon reduction – could miss a trick? • Job creation? – skills? • ‘Levelling up’ - disadvantaged areas
