Goal was to work towards a stand-alone corporation  March, h, 2011: Established/formalized PBN-Nuna Contracting Ltd. as a Corporation  April, l, 2011: Certificate of Registration under Corporation Act of Saskatchewan  May, , 2012: Award of West Wall Stabilization Project, Cameco Key Lake Operations – April 2012

  3.  Novem ember ber, , 201 013: Completed the West Wall Stabilization  May, , 201 014: Awarded Lorado Mill Remediation Project  Jun une, e, 201 014: Discussion on a Shared Management process for larger projects

  4.  To submit joint bids or proposals in the geographic area of the Northern Aministration District (NAD) for contracts/project relating to: ◦ Mining; ◦ Mining exploration and early works; ◦ Heavy civil earthworks; ◦ Construction site services; ◦ Life of mine service and maintenance contracts.  This agreement does not inhibit PBN from bidding specific scopes of work solely within PBN’s capacity

  5.  PBN-Nuna tendered and was the successful bidder on Cameco’s “West Wall Stabilization” contract at the Key Lake operation; a project that is part of a larger “Key Lake Revitalization” program .  Major scope of work includes: ◦ Clearing and grubbing ◦ Excavate, load, haul, place and level 2.4 million m 3 of sand ◦ Scalp/screen and load/haul/place 316,000 m 3 of rock-fill ◦ Haul road construction and upgrading ◦ Haul road ditching and check dam construction

  6.  Operating safely. Achieved 60,000 person hours, and the excavation of 2.2M cu. m of sand, with 0 LTI and 2 FA  Exceeding demographic expectations: ◦ Achieved an RSN engagement of 48% ◦ Of this, achieved Pinehouse resident engagement of 31% of total RSN  Currently exceeding Client project milestones

  7.  PBN-Nuna tendered and was the successful bidder on Cameco’s “Lorado Project” contract near the Uranium City; a project that is part of a larger “Project Cleans” program lead by SRC.  Major scope of work includes: ◦ Clearing and grubbing ◦ Excavate, load, haul, place and sand ◦ Scalp/screen and load/haul/place rock-fill

  8.  Initiated a heavy equipment training program for the youth of Pinehouse with great success ◦ Beginning in September, 2012, every 2 weeks, 2 trainees would attend site and participate in a training program developed with the assistance of Nuna Training Technologies and Cameco ◦ Up-scaling of employee skill sets  Access to equipment leasing options… ◦ Take advantage of rental purchase buy-out options for future PBN Nuna opportunities ◦ PBN access to PBN Nuna opportunities  Revenue earned from PBN Nuna projects will enable PBN to achieve strategic corporate objectives
