Who is in Florida SHOTS? • All children born in Florida since January 2003 • All patients receiving services from a Florida CHD • Any patient (adults too!) who receives immunizations from any of the 3,000+ participating organizations • Many vaccination records automatically uploaded from: – Pharmacies: CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Target, etc. – Insurance Companies
