Upload your transcript to YouTube (you can use a services like rev.com, temi.com, or otter.ai to get your podcast transcribed)
Add all episodes into a single playlist and order the playlist from oldest to newest so listeners can listen in order (this will get you multiple views, as opposed to a single video view)
Monitor your YouTube stats to see how many views each episode gets and how long they’re watching for (this will tell you what content your audience is most interested in… and these analytics are better than the ones in iTunes)

Ok, Here’s What To Do…
Convert the audio into a full length moving/dynamic video (not just a static image with audio) This can be the same video you used for YouTube
Upload the video to your Facebook page to get video analytics like views, average time watched, etc. (make sure you change the date to reflect when the episode was published on iTunes)
Share the post from your Page to your personal profile for even more reach (all views will be tracked as part of the original video)
Tag guests in the comments so they get notified They’re more likely to share that way, getting you extra reach
85% of Facebook Videos are viewed without sound, so having a dynamic video (especially an animated waveform) will encourage users to turn on sound to listen
Upload a transcript to Facebook so it appears as a closed-caption on top of the video — that will help with people who don't turn the sound on
Include a call to action and link in your Facebook Post description — send people to the notes page of that episode or to a free giveaway landing page so they can join your email list
