INTRODUCTION 1. On October 7, 2019, the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau of the Public Service Regulatory Board (the “Energy Bureau”) entered a Resolution and Order (the “Order”) in which, among other determinations, the Energy Bureau directs the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) to attend a series of Compliance Monitoring Hearings. See Order, ¶ III, p. 3-4. The Energy Bureau also directs PREPA to “ submit copies of any presentation, project, timelines or information to be used or presented at the Compliance Monitoring Hearing at least three (3) working days before each of the corresponding hearings. ” Id. 2. PREPA herein submits the materials to be used during the October 30, 2019, Compliance Monitoring Hearing. See Exhibit A. WHEREFORE , PREPA respectfully requests the Energy Bureau to note the filing of the instant motion and attached materials. 1

Flujograma del Proceso de Reconciliación Vista 16 de septiembre de 2019 ▪ Diverge el tiempo en días laborables que le toma a la Autoridad completar el proceso y el requerimiento en el libro tarifario que establece que la Autoridad debe presentar los factores en la segunda semana del tercer mes de cada trimestre, días calendario. ▪ Se estableció que con una optimización en unos de los procesos la Autoridad podría disminuir de 13 a 12 días laborables el proceso de reconciliación. ▪ Se ordenó a la Autoridad optimizar los proceso para poder cumplir con lo establecido en el libro tarifario. 2
Flujograma del Proceso de Reconciliación Cambios en Procesos ▪ Se mejoró el proceso en la carga de los datos, luego de finalizar el mes de facturación y la reconciliación de la Compra de Energía. ▪ Redistribución en la corrida de informes de CC&B ▪ Disminución de tres días en el tiempo del proceso de reconciliación, de no ocurrir alguna situación atípica. 3
