Outline of Forum/Fair • Welcome Table: – Instructions for Fair • Presentation Area (10 min. presentation given three times) – What is happening along Gold Corridor (timeline, projects, etc.) – Why do corridor level planning? – How your input is important – Remaining time: Scrolling facts and images of Gold Corridor
Outline of Forum/Fair • “Walk the Line” – Mark out “Line” on Floor – At each “station” • Strengths and Challenges • Highlights of Station Area Plans • RTD and/or City Staff Present to Answer Questions
Outline of Forum/Fair • Walk the Line: Amenities Along the Corridor – Use “Amenity Icons” to distribute planned assets/amenities along corridor – Will have colored icons to place on Velcro boards at each station (re-use for all three corridors)
Outline of Forum/Fair • Booth 1: Community Treasures and Concerns – Use Touchtable to map current assets and concerns – Use MindMixer for non-spatial comments
Outline of Forum/Fair • Booth 2: “I Imagine the Gold Corridor” – Vision and Goals poster and info – Residents tell how they see Vision being implemented • Using Flip video cameras, and/or • Residents write short statement on whiteboards and photo is taken
