Constitution: We discussed for voting on adopting "The FSPA will be part of the Safe and Respectful Environments (SRE) joint committee with UEC-- as defined by the SRE constitution.” this into the constitution. • Last year a preliminary constitution was put together but not voted on. • We will revisit this over the coming weeks. • Decided that any ratification or modifications of the text should require 5/6 votes in support. • Will have a vote on the "Safe and Respectful Environments Committee" in parallel with a future UEC vote (whether today, or later in time). 5 2/8/19 Presenter | Presentation Title or Meeting Title

Upcoming/Past Events Ø Superbowl was a hit. Ø We attended the UEC meeting yesterday where we went through Leo slides and discussed of an overall picture of how the event will take place. We are happy to co-host with UEC.
