  1. Press release, 28 November 2014 EVO VOK K HOTE HOTELS LS C COLL LLECTIO TION A collection of new venues designed by Philippe Starck, Jean-Louis Deniot and Christophe Tollemer PRES PRESENT ENTATIO ION The EVO EVOK HO HOTELS ELS COLL LLEC ECTION ION Group was born of the union between architectural passion and the French art of living. It embodies a new vision of luxury, far removed from recent fashion trends that place ostentation before excellence. The adventure began in 2013 when Pierre Bastid, sole investor in the Group, decided to diversify his portfolio by creating a collection of luxury hotels. He contacted Emmanuel Sauvage to head what was to become a major project. Today Evok counts three venues, each of which has been designed to become a real living space. Open to the neighborhood and the immediate surroundings, each of these highly contemporary establishments is located in an exceptional setting, and each has been individually crafted by one of the biggest names in French decoration. The very nature of this collection is illustrated by the architecture of the character buildings: Haussmannien, neo-industrial and 1930s style. But simple aesthetics are not enough. Each establishment aims to generate emotion, to enrich the life of each of its clients with beauty, passion, intensity. This unique collection features three addresses in Paris, with plans to move into New York, then London. Five years from now it is anticipated that the collection will be operating 5 to 6 of its own venues. In Paris the group is developing two hotels, with a total budget of one hundred million Euros, and a further 1,500,000 Euros has been invested in the complete renovation of a restaurant.

  2. THE HE PARIS PARIS PR PROJEC JECT EVO EVOK HO HOTELS ELS COLL LLEC ECTION is launching two luxury hotels and a gastronomic restaurant. The main focus of the Evok collection will be the creation of new venues. The sole exception is the restaurant, ¡an ¡outstanding ¡site ¡in ¡idyllic ¡surroundings, ¡which ¡the ¡group ¡founder ¡just ¡couldn’t ¡resist . THE HE PA PALA LAIS IS ROYAL REST ESTAURA URANT NT PA PARIS IS 1 er er – SPRI SPRING NG 201 2015 The Palais Royal Restaurant will be the first in the collection to open in the spring of 2015. Closed in November 2014 for renovation, the results will be unveiled in Spring 2015. Interior designer Christophe Tollemer, well known for his work at the Palace Les Airelles in Courchevel, has given the ground floor of the restaurant a contemporary feel, which succeeds in respecting the historical character of the Palais Royal. Upstairs, the style will be more conservative and will be inspired by the surrounding Palais Royal Gardens. An exclusive lounge will also be available for private events. The terrace will be brought up to date to show off one of the most beautiful gardens that the capital has to offer. This gastronomic restaurant will be showcasing the great classics of French cooking. THE HE HO HOTEL EL AT AT 16, 16, AVEN ENUE UE DE L' DE L'OPE PERA, PA PARIS IS 1er 1er – OPENI PENING NG JU JUNE NE 2016 2016 Installed in a Haussmann building, this future five star hotel is the first major public project by the talented designer Jean-Louis Deniot, whose breathtaking interiors can be found around the world. The hotel will house 45 rooms and suites. The rooms will be inspired by a contemporary Parisian apartment. This very Parisian style will continue through to the restaurant, with a beautiful French brasserie opening to the outside, as the DNA of the Evok collection dictates. Open all day, it will soon be THE place where Parisians arrange to meet in this lively area. Again in keeping with the Evok collection, where the aim is to celebrate the product, the kitchen will offer a menu of the highest quality, where taste and beauty will be at the forefront. The hotel will also have a Club style library/piano room, where gallery exhibitions or private concerts can be organized. The spa will be equipped with a swimming pool (20 meters by 4 meters), two treatment rooms and a fitness center. THE HE HO HOTEL EL AT AT 37/ 37/39, 39, RUE E DE LA DE LA PO POMPE PE / ANGLE NGLE OF OF RUE UE JEA JEAN N RIC ICHE HEPIN, PIN, PA PARIS IS 16EME 16EME – OPENI PENING NG DEC DECEMBER EMBER 2016 2016 One look at this old postal sorting office and the project was clear. The surroundings lent themselves to the creation of a new living area opening on to the neighborhood, and were perfect for the signature project in the collection. To turn it into an extraordinary address, the Evok group naturally needed a forerunner, an outstanding personality in the design world: Philippe Starck. His career and his revolutionary vision for the hotel industry were exactly what the Evok group had in mind. Arriving at the hotel there will be a restaurant on the ground floor, where the focus of attention will be the product: maturing chambers for meats, transparent cabinets for vegetables, smoking cabinets for fish, cheese ripening, and pastry lines.

  3. To complete the offer and become a reference in the area, the hotel will have a bar, a tearoom, an aroma bar and a patisserie, open to the outside. Hotel ¡guests ¡will ¡also ¡benefit ¡from ¡the ¡services ¡of ¡a ¡“golden ¡key” ¡concierge . The hotel reception will be situated on the first floor, together with a kids club offering annual membership for local children. The roof will be a focal point, with a vegetable garden covering an area of 500 m 2 from where the chef will select the fruits and vegetables that will be served in the restaurant. Children will be able to take gardening classes with the gardener, and pick fruits and vegetables to cook in their very own separate kitchen. The hotel will have 59 rooms and suites, offering large terraces with Jacuzzi and a superb view of the Eiffel tower. In the basement guests and hotel neighbors can access the spa, with 4 treatment rooms, a swimming pool (25 meters by 6 meters), sauna, steam room, hairdresser, coaching room and fitness room, with annual membership available for outside guests (swimming lessons, aqua gym, etc), and a second bar. EMMANUEL SAUVAGE, MANAGING DIRECTOR With more than fifteen years experience in the luxury hotel business, Emmanuel Sauvage knows the Parisian sector inside out. He worked his way up the ladder to become the managing director of a number of luxury boutique hotels before helping with the launch of the hotel Le Burgundy Paris in 2009. During the first quarter of 2014 he joined a family office that, during the course of 2014, became the Evok group. Time to begin a new chapter. At the age of 37, passionate about the hotel industry and with a strong personality, he has an authentic feel for hospitality, an absolute understanding of the meaning of service and a new vision of luxury, and welcomes guests as if they were his own.
