Just to Name a Few… • Holds three of the original nine patents on the standard IBM personal desktop computer Dr. Mark Dean • Helped manage the team in the development of the Sony Playstation 3 • Named in 2000, U.S. News and World Report as one of the “Innovators of the 21st Century” • Elected into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 1997 • Received the National Institute of Science Outstanding Scientist Award

Engineering allowed me to work on the following projects: • Largest construction project in the world; • Largest civil works project in the world; • Largest IT/research project in the world.
Entrepreneurship • Founder and President of Management Solutions, LLC (MSLLC) § National Management Consulting Firm that Specializes in: -Project Execution; -Strategic Initiatives; and -Change Management. § Celebrating 15-year milestone on November 4
Recognitions • National & Local Recognitions/Awards: § #1 Government Subcontractor in America § US Chamber of Commerce Top 100 Small/Medium Size Business § Top Workplace
Impact on the Community • A portion of our profit is returned to local, national, and global non-profits; • Dedicated days/hours for employees to give back to community; • Staff volunteer on average at >15 non-profits annually.
Personal Highlights • Testified as part of a Senate Congressional Hearing on Women Entrepreneurship; • Invited to the White House to meet with the President and Cabinet on Small Business Issues; • Entrepreneur of the Year; • Married for 30 years; • Raised three sons.
