About Energy Services For over 30 years Fresno EOC Energy Services Program has provided housing improvements that increase a home’s energy efficiency through various state, federal, and private funding opportunities. Our program works to help our community become energy efficient by educating and providing quality weatherization services and solar, one home at a time.
Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program • Communities Served and Annual Funding • Provides financial assistance to help offset a clients utility bill • Energy Crisis Intervention – Assist with 24-48 hour utility shutoff notice • Energy Budget Education • Basic Energy Efficiency best practices
