  4. If a teacher receives an unsatisfactory rating, strategies must be initiated by the evaluator and the teacher must acknowledge them. Both the teacher and evaluator choose which student growth measure to apply to that teacher’s evaluation (5% from each). Both the teacher and evaluator review the final ratings for each of the 22 components, and both sign off to verify the ratings are correctly represented.
