4a. XRN4996 - June 20 Release - Status Update Overall Project RAG Status : 23 rd March 2020 Schedule Risks and Issues Cost Resources RAG Status Status Justification Plan : Market Trials was confirmed for xrn4850 at eChMC on 5 th March, expected execution window is beginning of June. • • Delivery: Build has completed for all changes. System Testing (ST) has been completed for 3 changes and (User Schedule Acceptance Testing (UAT) has commenced. ST is in progress for 3 changes. • Market Trials: Detailed planning in progress, MT Approach and prep activities to be shared during meeting. • Scope : Scope is unchanged from meeting in February, please refer to slide 4 for confirmed scope of release. Implementation : Implementation date of Saturday 27 th June confirmed. • • Risk – The remaining risk margin for this change will be used up due to additional, as yet unidentified, costs being Risks and Issues incurred for the Integration of the SMS Service with Xoserve systems. • Costs for the SMS set up and configuration for xrn4850 - Notification of Customer Contact Details to Transporters have Cost been confirmed and were shared with ChMC on 11 th March, a revised BER will be shared in April. • Weekly monitoring of Xoserve SME resources supporting multiple demands (e.g. BAU defects, Future Releases etc.) is Resources ongoing
