  8. DRUM DRIED PRODUCTS (Mango, Banana and Macapuno Flakes) Fruit Flakes Fruit flakes are made from fresh fruit puree at its optimum maturity. The product is dried using drum dryer. The product is crunchy with all the characteristics of fresh fruit. Fruit flakes can be eaten as is as healthy snack food or it can be used as an intermediate material or food ingredient into several consumer products.

READY RESERVE FOODS (EFR: Sagip Nutri-Flour) EFR: Sagip Nutri-Flour is made from choice crops that is ready-to-use, needs no cooking/ heating, making it ideal as a relief food during calamities or disasters. Can be applied into various food preparations to add balance and variety to emergency food rations and nutrition feeding.

  11. OL TRAP (Ovicidal/Larvicidal Trap System) OL Trap A device used to control the Aedes mosquito population. NATIONAL LABORATORIES AND TECHNICAL SERVICES • Established to reinforce and upgrade the failure analysis and materials testing facility of our local industry. • ADMATEL’s Facility was based on the standards acceptable for a scientific laboratory to accommodate sophisticated equipment such as Focused Ion Beam - Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FIB-FESEM), Auger Electron Spectroscope (AES), and Time-of-Flight Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (TOF-SIMS).

NATIONAL LABORATORIES AND TECHNICAL SERVICES MiC (Metrology in Chemistry) • Traceability and comparability of chemical measurements to global MiC standards • STD- ITDI is the country’s Designated Institute or DI for Metrology in Chemistry and listed in the BIPM website. • The National Metrology Laboratory (NML) is the national metrology institute of the Philippines; • Tasked by law to be responsible for establishing and maintaining the national measurement standards for physical quantities such as mass, temperature, pressure, voltage, resistance, luminous intensity and time interval and their dissemination to Filipino users.

The Chemistry Laboratory, Biological Laboratory and the Physical and Performance Testing Laboratory. Each laboratory is technically competent for the type of tests it undertakes which are conducted by competent staff using equipment satisfying test requirements and validated test methods.

It is easier to transport due to reduced volume and can be stored for a long time because of its lack of moisture.
