ECC Participants and Coaches: Schedule all of your future Coaching Calls for the next two years! Set a regular time like every other Monday morning at 9 am
In addition to putting all your Coaching Calls on your Schedule: • ECC Participants: Schedule meetings with yourself 48 - 24 hours in advance of your next Coaching Call to complete your “Coaching Call Focus Sheet” & to then email it to your coach! • ECC Coaches: Schedule meetings with yourself 24 - 1 hour prior to your next Coaching Call to review your ECC Participant’s “Coaching Call Focus Sheet” and to work through your “Coach’s Session Agenda Worksheet” in preparation. • ECC Participants: Schedule Meetings with yourself immediately following your Coaching Call to complete your “Recap and Reflection Form” which when completed will automatically be emailed to your Coach. • ECC Coaches: Schedule Meetings with yourself to immediately following your Coaching Call to complete your “Recap and Reflection Form.”
