Semesters, Sessions, and Dates Beebe and River Woods Locations: Semester 1: June 4 - June 22 (3 weeks) Semester 2: June 25 - July 18 (3 weeks) No school July 2, 3 or 4. Session 1: 8:30 - 10:00 a.m. (10:10 - 10:25 student break) Session 2: 10:30 - 12:00 p.m.
Non-Refundable Fees ★ Non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 per 3 week semester. ★ No refunds will be granted after June 5 for 1st semester courses. ★ No refunds will be granted after June 26 for 2nd semester courses.
Transportation ★ Transportation is available for qualifying D203 students upon request. Eligibility for transportation will follow the regular school year bussing policies found at: http://www. naperville203.org/domain/874. ★ Fee: $25.00 per semester ★ If registration occurs after summer learning courses have begun, it will be your responsibility to provide transportation until the bus roster is updated (approximately 3 school days)
Transportation Continued... ★ Transportation is only available for summer learning Session 1 arrival (8:30 a.m.), and at the end of Session 2 dismissal (12:00 p.m.). ★ Transportation is not available for the start of Session 2 (10:30 a.m.). ★ If you have any transportation related questions now or in the future, contact the D203 Transportation Department at: 630-420-6464.

Student Summer Learning Registration Schedule On the first day of summer learning it is imperative that you send your child to school with the Student Summer Learning Registration Schedule in their backpack, and explain to him/her the importance of finding a special place to keep this document in their backpack to have access to it DAILY.

BEEBE: Parent Drop-Off/Pick-Up The following traffic safety plan was developed in conjunction with the Naperville Police Department: ★ The student drop-off and pick-up zone for summer learning is located along the south side of the building on 11th Avenue going EAST ONLY. ★ Your child will NOT be allowed to cross 11th Avenue! There is NO parking allowed on 11th Avenue. ★ Pull up to the farthest possible point along the drop-off and pick-up zone. CLEARLY DISPLAY YOUR CAR NUMBER DAILY!
BEEBE: Walkers ★ Your child will only be allowed to walk off of school grounds if you have designated that they are a walker. ★ If you or another designated caregiver will be picking-up your child to walk home, please check-in with your child’s teacher who will be stationed outside to let him/her know that you are taking the child. Please write the names of approved individuals that can pick-up your child on the Student Summer Learning Registration Schedule that your child will be bringing on the first day of summer learning.
D203 Bus Arrival and Dismissal ★ D203 buses will arrive daily along 12th Avenue. ★ Students will exit their bus and be escorted to the gym where their teachers will be waiting for them. At 8:25-8:30 a.m. teachers go to their designated classroom. ★ Remind your child of behavior expectations on the bus: Remain seated at all times, no eating, and maintain an ‘inside’ voice when talking.
Summer School Camp NPD (on-site) and Champions Camp (off-site) After school care is being offered at both Summer Learning locations. At this time, the Summer School Camp being offered by the Naperville Park District has reached capacity. You are welcome to put your name on a waiting list. Local Partners in Learning The Naperville Public Library will be presenting their Summer Reading Program to our K-4 students, encouraging them to track their reading this summer and receive prizes for their dedication to reading on their own or with a loved one.
