BASIC INFO • Dispensation remains in place • People should not be coming regularly in Phase Two • Stay at home if not feeling well! • Also encouraged to stay at home if you have underlying medical conditions or are 65 or older • Keep social distance --- 6 feet apart • Bring your own hand sanitizer • Masks are encouraged; gloves as well

SANITATION NOTES • More sanitation will be required for funerals, weddings, etc. • People sanitizing before Mass should arrive an hour prior to Mass. • We will plan to e-mail volunteers a sanitation schedule for the upcoming week.

COMMUNION NOTES • No gloves at Communion • Able to receive in hand or on the tongue • Stay six feet from person in front of you ... tape on the floor to remind people • Remove mask as you approach Eucharistic Minister • Ushers will dismiss people from pews/chairs. People should not move until an usher dismisses them.
BATHROOM PLAN • Emergency only • Only two people at a time in bathroom • Please use the restroom before you come to church : ) • Drinking fountains will not be in use
USHERS AND SEATING? • Receive instruction when you arrive at church from ushers • People will not be able to choose their seats at weekend Masses • Administration doors will not be open at Immaculate Heart; people enter through main doors • Collection --- look for a drop-off in the narthex • Overflow? ... we may reach capacity ... other limits may be considered as we go (sign-up; alphabet assignments; etc.)
