CES Module & Working Group Reports  RRH Launch  2 weeks of referrals (began 7/19)  Outreach & In-reach  Launch of On-line Assessment  Launch of Viewable Prioritization PDF  Procedure Review Committee  Length of Time “Active” on List / Shelf Life of Vi -SPDAT  Outreach teams to change status to “Inactive” after 3 months of no contact  Vi-SPDAT should be updated at 6 month intervals  Recommendations for Bridge Housing Policy – PSH  Person is considered accepted in to a program after they are move in ready (i.e. passed landlord qualifications, signed paperwork, etc)  Eligible for bridge housing after acceptance in to program  CES Module  Timeline & Status
