Rules of Entry Gate • District Owned Roads • Dedicated to BVCSD by Developer • Accepted by Resolution of Board of Directors • California Government Code 61105(g) • The Bear Valley Community Services District…may, for roads owned by the district and that are not formally dedicated to or kept open for use by the public for the purpose of vehicular travel, by ordinance, limit access to and the use of those roads to the landowners and residents of that district. • Bear Valley Ordinance Code Title 4
Rules of Entry Gate • Access to District Roads (4-1-3) • Entry Without Permit • With Proper ID (Window Sticker, Use Privilege Card, Gate Device) • Association Members & Family Residing There • Tenant Assignees & Family Residing There • District Residents (non-Association Members or Tenant Assignees) • Emergency Vehicles • Association, Government & Public Utility Vehicles
Rules of Entry Gate • Special Permits (4-1-4-2) • Guest Permits – Valid 14 day maximum • Guests of Association or CSD • Guests of Association members and tenant assignees (upon proper authorization) • Special Event Permits • Only for specific event • Sponsors to provide a list • If not on list, sponsor must call in pass • Non-Profit • Members & Guests • Must provide list of regular attendees • If not on list, non-profit must call in pass
