What I’ve Learned…  It is hard work.  Things change all the time.  Everyone approaches this process in different ways.  Don’t try to reinvent the wheel!  You always need to explain what Coordinated Access is.  CoC Written Standards are important.  Diversion is awesome!  Use your data.  Engage HMIS early and often. #CoordinatedAssessment
