The Managing Authority manages the programme in close agreement with the Maltese National Coordination Authority (MNCA) with whom it establishes the Joint Secretariat; The operations are selected by a Monitoring Committee, whose The operations are selected by a Monitoring Committee, whose members represent, in equal numbers, from both Sicily and Malta; The projects require the participation of Sicilian and Maltese beneficiaries that are selected through procedures of a public «call for proposal» ; Public and private beneficiaries can participate in the programme within all the intervention axis
