  5. Background Last Submerged meeting in Berlin 4th May 2018(SUBMERGED 6) was focusing into dumped ammo: “The Meeting agreed that RESPONSE 25 would consider and HOD 55 should decide whether the work should continue through the prolongation of the mandate of the SUBMERGED Expert Group or through other arrangements such as ad hoc workshops or correspondence”. Previous ” wreck ” -related meeting was unofficially held within the SYKE’s Wreck Seminar 29 November 2017 by Finland, Estonia, Germany and Poland: ● 1. to have the next meeting in Germany 4.5. 2018 ● 2. to ask prolongation for their work, and first inform HELCOM via Response meeting ● 3 to define all those national bodies dealing with the wreck and munition issue to get other relevant decision makers join the work. Certain delegates have the feeling in spite of their expertise they need to have decision makers’ support….??? ● 4. share point type of workspace is needed for exchange of fresh data 5 and short reports.
