  15. Information Classification: CONTROLLED Incident Report cards The launch of the Incident Report Cards has been extremely well received by Launceston Town Council. It is an excellent scheme and shows really strong partnership working between the two organisations’ Chris Drake – Clerk for Launceston Town Council

Information Classification: CONTROLLED Interest from communities to provide additional multi-skilled enforcement patrolling • 2019 - deployed 3 multi-skilled civil parking enforcement officers funded by Hayle, St Ives, St Miner Highlands/Lowlands town/parish Councils • Interest from 10 other town/parish councils for 2020 • Currently upgrading current parking-only SLAs

  24. Information Classification: CONTROLLED Achieved • Trained and authorised 120 city, town and parish council personnel with fixed penalty notice powers. • Currently training on average 15 personnel every month • Implementation of new enforcement support courses.
