August saw the highest number of monthly arrests so far this year but September saw the lowest figures since February • Figures from the Medical Bureau of Road Safety state that Blood and Urine samples have increased by 40% in 2019 over 2018 Decrease in DWI Incidents just above the limit as of 31 st Aug 2019
