Agenda item 4 – Operations - Blasting undertaken for overburden removal and drop cut formation for the pit proper - Target of Easter next year to move the crusher into the pit - Overburden removal contract in place - Feedback from customers very positive - 100,000 tonnes of product transported by rail to Maldon / St Peters and Enfield per month now - Day and night shift operations - Team of 16 in place with further recruitment to come 3

Less than 1 litre of oil was spilt each time. Spills were cleaned up and equipment repaired after an investigation as to the cause of the hose failures. October – 1 minor oil leak from an EWP. Spill was contained and cleaned up. Dust emitted from Sand Plant during commissioning following the loosening of a clamp. Nov – dust from train unloading at Maldon Jan – 2 oil spills associated with fire sprinkler system and loose drain tap, dust from TLO silo due to leaking door Feb – broken hydraulic hose June – broken hydraulic hose (EPL period June 2013 to July 2014) 5

Over 2000 artefacts salvaged and a number of high density sites identified along the creek line 17
