#7A Pacific Flyway Final MSR/SOI The Pacific Flyway Center (PFC) is a major interpretive and educational facility that will introduce the public to the wonders of the Flyway and inspire wildlife conservation and land stewardship. Inspired in part by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust in the United Kingdom, the Pacific Flyway Center will restore wetlands and make them accessible to the visiting public.

ADOPT LAFCO Resolution #18-07 adopting the City of Fairfield’s Municipal Service Review for LAFCO Project #2018-04; and, 3. ADOPT LAFCO Resolution #18-08 amending and partially updating the sphere of influence of the City of Fairfield.
