  7. Why Resilient Leadership? • The purpose of the RL program is to strengthen the resilience of ORA leaders at all levels and in doing so, to build a more resilient organization. 7

  9. Resilient Leaders… Resilient Leaders: Lead with calm, clarity and conviction in the midst of anxiety provoked by increasing complexity and accelerating change. These individuals lead from strength, know how to care for themselves emotionally, spirituality and physically, and can sustain their leadership efforts over time. ORA leaders will be more resilient leading to • Enhanced focus • Greater efficiencies and productivity • Stronger relationships and more effective collaboration • Increased ability to manage conflict • More effective problem solving … and increased capacity to deal with complex challenges 9

Complete before the 4/24 Unit 1 Module: Reactivity – Once you’ve completed the assessment; send it to your coach (individual or small group coach). • Coach Selection – SES/ Director Level – You will receive an email from Lhenson@suntiva.com with 2 coach bios from which to select. Email Lindsay back with your coach selection by 4/10. • Small Group Coaching – Branch Chief/Supervisor – You will receive an email from Lhenson@suntiva.com with your group coaching information including who is in your group and the bio for the 18 Suntiva coach who will be leading your group.
