The Purchase Order from Buyer and the Invoice are automatically incorporated into the export documentation to facilitate the clearance at departure airport and clearing at destination. 5. All samples that may be, at the sole discretion of the Customs and Excise Inspection Bureau, duly extracted or retained by mandatory inspection agencies of the local government at departure airport for the purposes of further testing for Quality, which can be up to one or two weeks per tranche of delivery, and which upon release shall be immediately exported accordingly.
