Year 1 Results Initial analysis of the first year annual reports from all projects shows .. Total Numbers • 4200 carers participated in CIP projects as of 30 June – 3700 carers accessed the NPS MedicineWise App – 500 carers received face-to-face support 3
Year 1 Results Gender • Programs on average have a gender split of 2/3 women, 1/3 men. Aboriginal and CALD Carers • Generally low numbers of Aboriginal or CALD carers participating in projects not specifically designed to support their needs. NDIS • At least 1/3 of carers care for a person who is not receiving NDIS funding. 4

Evaluation of the Program • Development of an evaluation plan for the program • Program processes and outcomes will be assessed • Evidence will be drawn from project reports and evaluations • Most Significant Change (MSC) a monitoring and evaluation technique/method will be used to evaluate a sub-set of projects. 6
