College Transfer Provisional • Weighted GPA of 3.5 • Completed 2 years of HS English with a grade of “C” or higher • Completed Math III(Alg II) or higher with a grade of “C” or higher - scheduling is important with this • Obtain written approval of HS Principal and JCC President/Vice President 9

College Transfer Provisional Enrollment Students can enroll in English or Math courses in a college transfer pathway without placement or other testing. These students cannot enroll in any additional courses in the pathway until they are no longer considered provisional. Students can only enroll in the CT Provisional pathway. Students are no longer provisional when they successfully complete the first English and math course in the pathway with a C or higher. 10

CTE Student Requirements • Junior or Senior • Weighted GPA of 3.0 OR • Weighted GPA of 2.0 – 2.9 and recommendation of the high school principal • College readiness scores • Meet the course prerequisites 11

CTE Pathways • Accounting Diploma • Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Technology • Bioprocess Technology • Business Administration Diploma • Community Spanish Interpreter • Computer-Integrated Machining Technology • Cosmetology • Early Childhood Education • Emergency Medical Science (12 th grade only/Seniors Only) • Fire Protection Technology 12

CTE Pathways • Criminal Justice Technology (with and without latent evidence) • Diesel and Heavy Equipment Technology • Industrial-Systems Technology • Information Technology • Medical Assisting • Medical Office Administration Diploma • Nurse Aide (must be 16 1/2 on the first day of class) • Office Administration Diploma • Paralegal Diploma Pharmacy Technology (12 th grade only/Seniors Only) • • Welding Technology NOTE: CT students can add a CTE pathway 13

Students Can Earn... • Certificate - Credentials for work • Diploma - Year’s worth of college • Associate’s Degree - Two year program of study Certificate Diploma Degree 14

CCP In Program Requirements ➢ Continue to make progress toward high school graduation - take one course on the high school campus ➢ Maintain a 2.0 GPA in JCC classes (or be placed on academic probation/warning) ➢ Take courses in selected pathway only 15
