Capital Project Details ● Replacement of existing classroom unit ventilators with new unit-ventilators with air conditioning capacity in addition to heat ● Installation of new roof top heating and air conditioning units including steel dunnage, electrical work, gas piping work and associated roofing work ● Upgrade existing buildings’ electrical service to accommodate new equipment ● Installation of split heating and ventilating units in small offices ● Installation of sheet rock chases to conceal new piping ● Ceiling reconstruction work ● Casework reconstruction associated with the HVAC reconstruction work ● Asbestos abatement associated with the HVAC reconstruction work ● Automatic temperature controls associated with the new HVAC reconstruction work

  4. Reimbursed Expenses to Minimize Tax Impact The district expects to receive approximately 45% of total construction costs reimbursed from New York State.
