1. Who are Interchange Illawarra Established in 1981, Interchange Illawarra Inc. is a not- for-profit, community – based organisation in the Illawarra region of NSW Australia, approximately an hour south of Sydney, with a population of approximately 400,000. Traditionally funded to provide respite, the focus and language has changed slightly as a result of the implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
